Non-Immigrant Visa

Navigating the Path to U.S. Visas: Expertise and Tailored Guidance

Student Visa

(F-1 Visa)

The F-1 visa is issued to persons wishing to attend school or study at a university
in the United States. The school or university issues an I-20 form, which is then
used to apply for an F-1 visa at the US Consulate. Generally speaking, it is not
allowed to go to school or study in the United States without an F-1 visa.

Exchange Students or Trainees Visa

(J-1 Visa)

This visa is issued to participants of exchange programs, corporate on-the-job trainees as well as au-pairs. It is also suitable for academic and institutional researchers. You may not apply for this visa on your own. A approved U.S.-based organization must apply for the visa on behalf of the interested party.

Non-academic programs

(M-1 Visa)

This is a visa intended for non-academic or vocational studies. The same requirements as for F-1 visas apply (see above).
